Josh and Kat Barille founded Archer's Arrow Coffee House one and a half years ago to make outstanding coffee approachable. Combined, Josh and Kat Barille have over 23 years of experience in the service and hospitality industry. They spent the last few years at the specialty coffee association for training and certifications for brewers, roasters, and baristas.
Meet Our Team
Our California coffee house staff prioritizes customer service and training. While everyone perfects their craft, we look forward to helping other cafes and coffee shops for training their staff. We also offer a wine program. In the future, we intend to have several monthly events with Somalia winemakers, paired tastings, and local restaurants.
